Minister admits delay in Rajiv Rahadari works Hyderabad, March 26 (INN): The State Government has completed just 31 per cent of works on Hyderabad - Karimnagar Rajiv Rahadari Road.
Replying to a question raised by TDP MLA G Kamalakar and others in the State Legislative Assembly during Question Hour on Monday, Roads and Buildings Minister B Dharmana Prasad said that changes in alignment were made at certain locations to improve the horizontal curves for a design speed of 100 kmph.
Similarly, changes were made at the locations of some bridges where concentric widening proposed by the consultants is not feasible due to the existence of T-beam and Deck slab type super-structures.
The minister said that new bridges were being constructed by making minor changes in the centre line of the alignment.
