University of Silicon Andhra MS Admissions
Milpitas, CA, April 26th, 2023: We are very excited to share with you that the University of Silicon Andhra (UofSA) will be offering M.S. in Computer Science program beginning August 2023, said Anand Kuchibhotla the President of the University in a press release.
The UofSA is accredited by WSCUC (WASC Senior College and University Commission). WSCUC is the same that accredits the likes of Stanford University, the University of California System schools, and the California State University System schools.
The UofSA M.S. in Computer Science degree is a 36-credit-hour program and is STEM-designated. The admitted students are eligible for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) during the program of study and Optional Practical Training (OPT) after graduation. In addition, merit-based and need-based scholarships are available for qualified students.
UofSA is accepting applications now for the Fall 2023 admissions. Besides domestic students, the UofSA is approved by SEVIS to admit qualified international students and issue them I-20 to secure F-1 visas. Valid H-1 and H-4 Visa holders are also eligible to apply. The UofSA M.S. in Computer Science program is unique compared to other programs in the country. At the program's core is the emphasis on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computational linguistics. Students can also develop software engineering, data management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing expertise.
It is an industry-immersive program with a six-hour internship required for all students during the second year. Lastly, the UofSA is located in the heart of Silicon Valley with strong ties to leading technology companies. UofSA leverages these connections to help students secure internships and job placements after graduation.
