Profits for GPSK USA buyers
Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's Gautamiputra Satakarni which released for Sankranthi received a superb response from Critics, Celebrities and General public. The movie entered into profits in the USA.
The film minted $1.348 million from the USA box office until Monday. The share amount is close to Rs 4.7 crores. The movie's rights were bagged by Redheart and 9 pm entertainments for Rs 4 crores price. As the film already minted Rs 4.7 crores share, the buyers made Rs 70 lakhs profit within 6 days of its release. It is heading towards $2 million mark at the USA box office soon. On the other hand, the film is steady at Ap/Tg box office where it minted close to Rs 30 crores share in its 5 days run.
Meanwhile, the entire team of Gautamiputra Satakarni is going to tour in 5 cities in the USA from January 19th to January 22nd. The tour will start from Bay area on Jan 19th, Dallas - Jan 20th, Detroit - Jan 21st and end with Philadelphia & New Jersey - Jan 22nd. This weekend tour is definitely going to help the movie to reach $2 million mark at the box office. So let's wait and see how it performs in the coming days at the ticket window.
