CPI warns AP CM against inducting Lokesh Hyderabad, Feb 3 (INN): CPI senior leader Ramakrishna has warned Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu of agitation if he inducts his son Lokesh into the State Cabinet.
Addressing a rally in West Godavari seeking social justice for SC, ST and BC communities, the CPI leader said Chandrababu Naidu should not give ministerial berth to his son while ignoring SC, ST and minorities. He said protests would be organised across AP if Lokesh is made a minister.
Ramakrishna said that Chandrababu Naidu was trying to emulate Telangana CM K. Chandrashekar Rao who gave ministerial berth to his son Tarakarama Rao. He said Naidu also followed Gujarat model of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of not having any minister from minority communities in the State Cabinet.
