NBW against union minister and Warangal MP Warangal, May 23 (INN): A local court on Thursday issued non-bailable warrants against union minister Balram Naik and Warangal MP Rajaiah on the charges of campaigning in a place of worship.
The NBW have been issued against them as they failed to attend the court when summons were issued in a case wherein they have been accused of conducting election campaign in a place of worship in the recently held by-elections in Station Ghanpur constituency.
While campaigning for Congress MLA Rajaiah, the union minister and Warangal MP offered prayers in a place of worship by wearing Congress khandwas.
