Balayya not to campaign for Purandeswari Hyderabad: Nandamuri Balakrishna categorically stated that he will not campaign for his elder sister Purandeshwari, the BJP candidate from Rajampet Lok Sabha constituency.
He said that Rajampet was not in his route map to be followed for campaigning for the Telugu Desam Party. Also, he said that he has not specially invited both Hari Krishna and Jr. NTR for drum up support.
Balakrishna said that he has not even invited anyone from the film industry to campaign for him. He said that the alliance with BJP was meant for the development of the nation in response to a question why many expectants didn't get tickets to contest in polls.
He said that it was the aim of Telugu Desam Party to develop either region ' Telangana and Seemandhra. He addressed the meeting attended by the activists of Telugu Desam Party in Vijayanagaram and said that he never wanted any position and said that it was only Chandrababu Naidu who could entwine the team to make it stronger.
He reiterated that Chandrababu was the Chief Ministerial candidate of TDP. He was poised over the matter of winning the scary elections from Hindupur assembly constituency with a huge majority. He held Hindupur as the bronze castle (Kanchu Kota) of Telugu Desam Party.
