FAPCCI to function for both Telangana, AP Hyderabad, April 23 (INN): The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) released an the FAPCCI's Vision Documents dents on Socio-Economic Development Plan of Telangana and Socio-Economic Development Plan of Andhra Pradesh at FAPCCI Hall here on Wednesday.
FAPCCI President Srinivas Ayyadevara explained that FAPCCI would function for both the states in the lines of PHD Chamber and will strive to promote the industrial growth and protect the interests of Trade Commerce and Industry of both the states. He also stated that, FAPCCI is going to prepare sector wise development model and work continuously with the Governments of both the states to achieve desired results.
IDC Chairman Sreerama Murthy had given the details of proposed growth centres for both the states and also the industrial corridors that could be developed at a various regions of the both the states.
He stressed the need for development of key infrastructure facilities such as roads, railways, seaports and power. He suggested that massive investment required can be raised by adopting PPP model and attracting more foreign investments.
Shiv Kumar Rungta, Senior Vice President, FAPCCI, Anil Reddy Vennum, Vice President, FAPCCI and P. Vydehi, Secretary (I/c) of FAPCCI also addressed the Press Meet.
