I am against land pooling: AP minsiter In a major embarrassment to Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, deputy chief minister K E Krishnamurthy on Thursday raised objections to the land pooling policy for the new capital
Speaking to the media KE said he was against the land acquisition, but added that he was not going to comment on it. KE said land pooling was detrimental to hundreds of farmers. KE further said the grama kantham land should belong to the farmers of the village. He said neither he nor his ministry were behind the land acquisition
KE said, 'I am against the land pooling but as municipal administration minister Narayana is performing the key role in this I am not able to come forward. There is so much of land bank with AP Government already so the land acquisition should be stopped at least now.'
Earlier also KE expressed his dissatisfaction on Naidu's decisions on public platforms. Some say KE expressed his anguish on Chief Minister for side-lining him in AP capital subcommittee.
