In the memorandum, the Society demanded appointment of a new BC Commission. "In view of circumstances that aroused out of state bifurcation, a new BC Commission should be appointed which should come up with its recommendations by invoking Section 9 of BC Commission Act. One Muslim member, having knowledge of reservation process, Constitution and community's backwardness, should be made a member of BC Commission. The government should also provide all the necessary support to facilitate the BC Commission in completing its task by December this year," he demanded.
They have submitted memorandums to Collector, DRO and MRO and said 400 Masjid Committees of Kurnool are planning to submit similar memorandums to top officials.
