Kishan Reddy slams KCR over Muslims quota Warangal, Jan 20 (INN): BJP floor leader in Telangana Assembly G. Kishan Reddy on Friday termed the TRS government's decision to enhance reservation for Muslim community to 12% as unconstitutional and added that it would not stand constitutional scrutiny.
Speaking to media persons here, Kishan Reddy said that the TRS Government was trying to enhance quota to Muslim despite knowing that the fact that this move would be unconstitutional. He said that in the past too, the Congress government's move to provide reservation to Muslims was struck down by High Court. He said that the TRS government's appeasement policy would damage the backward classes in the state.
