TS Govt will improve public healthcare: Laxma Reddy Hyderabad, Jan 22 (INN): Health Minister Dr. Laxma Reddy said that the Telangana Government has introduced several reforms to improve public healthcare in the State.
Speaking after releasing the calendar of Government Doctors Association here on Sunday, the minister said that the TS Government has increased spending on public health and ensured better infrastructure and facilities in government hospitals. He said that the TS Government was committed towards improving public healthcare and there was no dearth of funds for the same. He also assured that all vacancies in Medical and Health Department would be filled soon.
The minister also advised the government doctors to serve patients with the spirit of service. He said serving common people was not only the responsibility of elected representatives, but also the government employees. He said all government doctors should perform their duties with utmost dedication.
