Let me express my views point by point however long they might take. 1.Even if u Take time everyday to appreciate what's right in the world and in your life,your mind still knows that you are making an effort.I dont agree that feelings of gratitude, on purpose, reduces the amount of damaging stress hormones in your body as you are doing it on purpose.You cannot cultivate certain things like gratitude and love. 7.Smile more !!! Different facial expressions have corresponding feelings associated with them. So.. if you want to feel better.. turn on a smile and wait for good feelings to come along! Well i guess its the otherway around.If you are happy you dont have to turn On a smile as you will be smiling anyway.The point is dont be anything that you are not.Jus expressed my views dont take it personally and i did like your other points.thanx for your article
