Beautiful message .Even I do Meditation .I just saw your article and started Implementing.I do believe astel travel but never happen to experience .These days I am not able to do meditation bcoz of time contraint continuity thapindhi.More over not able to sit continuous 1hr.
Can u give me any inputs such that I can go ahead with my Inner search.when I do meditation Inner awakes I could get solutions to maximum of my questions.Work pressure vundhi I am able to manage it bcoz of meditation I can truely say.
I follow 'Anapanasathi' as from my childhood I am follower of Budha consious.Any way great to read this article.keep posting many more.
