LAST WEEK SUMMARY
Finally FII's has sold around 5000 cr worth of stocks in the month of OCT 2005.IT raids on SMALL stocks operators damaged the sentiment in midcaps.Sensex touched the low of 7656 in the last week. Finally Sensex lost 383 points (4.75%).
Market analysis :Sensex failed to take support at 7800.Now one of the next good support in-between 7500-7500.In case still if the Sensex fails to support at 7500,next strong support 7200.So by keeping these levels in the mind one can take decision in investment.Please remember one point,don't invest in penny stocks.Operators are stopped their operations due to IT raids.Investment in fundamentally good stocks with long term return is Good strategy.
Day traders Strategy : Since market is reaching very good support at 7500-7500,one can start buying in dips and selling in rallies.
Investors strategy :Market has taken very very good correction with in short span.One can start buying partly for long term as well as medium term.Buy fundamentally good stocks.Pharma looking attractive.
