One heard that Ms. Vijayashanti, the Telugu actress, floated a political outfit with the name 'Talli Telangana'. The objective was to fight for Telangana state. Nothing more is heard about that party so far, leave alone the 'fight' for which it was formed.
Latest news is that the TRS party, which kept on giving 'dates' for the seperate state to become a reality, is itself merging with the Congress. No doubt, the TRS will want back the 'Ministerial Berths' in the state cabinet.
The BJP, which has nothing to lose in the state, saw the 'paralysis' of the TRS and 'seized' the opportunity to make 'noise' about 'Telangana'.The state BJP leaders also managed to extract a resolution from the central leadership.
Inspite of all these games, if someone thinks that 'Telangana' is going to come about in the near future, he must be 'politically naive'.
