Ingredients:
1.Panneer - 3/4 Cup
2.Kova - 1 1/4 Cup
3.Sugar and Elaichi Powder
4.Food Colour
5.Milk
6.Badam nuts
7.sugar
8.Water
9.Maida flour
10.Oil
Preparation:
First prepare a sugar water syrup and add a pinch of food colour to it and keep aside.Now take 3/4 cup panneer, 1 cup kova and sugar elaichi powder, mix them with small quantity of milk and keep aside.Now take 1/4 kova add pinch of food colour and milk to it and mix.Now make small balls with badam nut in it with above kova and food colour mixture.Now take above panneer kova mixture make ovel shape balls with above badam nut balls in center.Now take a kadai with oil in it and boil.Now take these Ovels and roll them in maida flour and dip them in oil and fry them till they reach brown colour and dip them in Sugar water Syrup for 1hr hour and serve them .
