Ingredients
1.two medium sized carrots
2.one large sized capsicum
3.ten french beans
4.two medium sized potatoes
5.ginger galrlic paste 1/2 tbsp
6.daniya powder 1/4 tsp
7.tamato puree 3 tbsps
8.red chilli powder 2 tbsps
9.finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
10.maida
11.oil
12.salt to taste
13.water
preparation method
1.Cut all the above mentioned vegetables into one inch length in size.
2.Take a bowl and mix the finely chopped vegetables with all the above mentioned ingredients by using adequate water.
3.Now heat the oil in a bandi ,when it gets smoky make small bajji's and drop them in oil and deep fry them
4 Finally garnish them with finely chopped coriander leaves
5.Have this snack with tamato ketch-up
