Rice flour - 2 cups
curd - 1 cup
curry leaves - 4
jeera - 1 tb sp
red chilli powder - 1 tb sp
salt - to taste
chopped green chillies - 1 tb sp
finely chopped onions - 2
oil - 1 cup
Mix them all together in a bowl into a pouring consistency.
Heat a tava and grease it with little oil. Take a big ladleful of batter and pour it over the heated tava in circular motion to form a round attu. When the edges turns crispy, lift the attu and roast it on the other side.
