Ingredients:
 
 Raw Rice:2 cups
 Salt:1 tbsp
 Black Pepper Corns:1 tbsp
 Green Chillies:2-3
 Onion:1
 Ghee:2 tbsp
 
Preparation:
 
Cut the onions and chillies to the size u want. Wash the rice and put it aside.
 
Take 2 table spoons of ghee in a pan. Heat it and add pepper and fry it for few seconds.
 
Add chillies, fry them a little and add onions and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Add rice to it and pour 4 cups of water and add salt.
 
Cook rice till done and serve it with chutney.
