Ingredients:
 
 Paneer:250 gm
 Tomatoes:½ kg
 Red pepper powder :1 tsp
 Salt:2 tsp
 Roasted jeera (cumin) powder:1 tsp
 Curry powder:1 tsp
 Sugar:3 tsp
 Lemon juice :½ tsp
 Ginger, julienne :1 tsp
 Green chili, julienne :1 tsp
 Coriander leaves:2 tsp (chopped)
 Cream:100 gm
 
Preparation:
 
Cut tomatoes in halves and pressure-cook it without adding water. Cool, churn and strain in a soup strainer.
 
Reheat puree, add all the spices and ingredients, except cream and paneer. Cook till the mixture becomes thick.
 
Add cream and paneer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
 
Serves: 6
 
Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
