Ingredients: | | | Vamu | : | 1½ tsp | | Besan flour | : | 150 gm | | Green Chillies | : | 6-8 | | Salt | : | to taste | | Oil | : | enough for frying | |
| Preparation: | | | First take besan and Vaamu in a bowl, and mix them with a little water & add salt to taste. Keep it a side. Take green chillies and remove all its seeds using a knife. | | Take a bowl and put it on stove and add 3 or 4 spoons of oil and bring it to heat.Then add green chillies and stir them in oil until they become little white. Add besan, mix well with Chillis and stir until it leaves chillies. | | Vaamu-Green chilli ready! Serve it hot! It's a good snack in rainy season! |
