Ingredients :
Rice either cooked fresh or left over.
Capsicum 2 small or 1 large.
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Oninos 1 large chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji masala 2 tsps
Salt, turmeric pwd
Jeera (Jilakarra)
Oil
Lime juice (optional)
Garnish with fresh coriander
For variety you can add either meat, chicken, eggs or sea food of your choice.
Method :
In a heavy bottomed pan add oil add jeera then oninos fry for sometime. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric pwd then add capsicum, tomatoes fry for some more time.
Then add pav bhaji masala, lime juice lastly add rice fry for 5 minutes garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with dahi chutney.
