Ingredients :
Raw Mango : 01 small (cut into small pieces)
Ginger : 02 inches
Green Chillies : 2
Fresh Coconut : 1/2 (cut into pieces)
Salt : to taste
Oil : 1 tsp
Seasoning :
Mustard : 1/2 tsp
Hing : pinch
Curry Leaves : 5-8
Oil : 1 tsp
Method :
Heat 1 tsp oil in kadai. Add green chilli pieces and ginger pieces fry for a minute.
Grind together mango pieces, coconut pieces, ginger and green chillies and make paste.
Add water to the paste just like rasam. Add salt as per taste.
Heat 1 tsp oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and hing. When splutter add this seasoning to the tamboli.
This is a kannada receipe. In summers it is a food item which reduces heat. It is useful to whom do not like curd or buttermilk.
It will be very taste. with rice you serve.
