Ingredients :
1kg chicken
1 1/2 cups sweet oil(mix sugar)
1 1/2 vinegar
1/2 tsp.turmeric powder
6 green chillies
1 bunch coriander leaves
To make paste :
7 garlic flakes
2cm ginger
6 cardamoms
8 cloves
12 peppercorns
1/4kg cashewnuts
1/8kg groundnuts
2tsp salt.
method :
1. Grind the ingredients of paste and make paste
2. Cut chillies, corianderleaves.
3. Take a pan and mix the groundmasala with the vinegar, salt, oil, turmeric, green chillies, corianderleaves and chicken pieces.
4. Let the mixture marinate for 2 hours then put the pan on avery low fire andlet it simmer until the meat is tender.
5. Serve hot with roti.
