Preparation time : 30 Minutes. Cooking time : 30 minutes. Serves 6.
Rice : 2 cups
Cauliflower : 300 grams
(Cut into big pieces)
Green Peas : 200 grams
Potatoes : 300 grams
(Small Whole)
Cinnamon sticks : 2
Cloves : 2
Cardamoms : 3
Choopped Onions : 2
Bay Leaves : 2
Ghee : 4 Tablespoons
Salt to Taste
To be ground into a paste
Big bunch fresh coriander : 1
Green chillies : 6
Ginger : 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Past : 1 Tablespoon
Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the onions for 1 minute.
Add the goriander past & cut green chillies and fry for at least 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and by leaves and fry for 1 minute.
Add the rice, vegetables, salt and cnough water to cook.
Cover and cook slowly until the water is absorbed and the vegetables are cooked.
Serve hot.
