Hard paneer : 225 grms
plain flour : 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Amchur powder : 1 tsp
Ajwain : 1/2 tsp
Salt your tast
Oil for frying
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
mix the plain flour and 1/2 tsp salt in 1 teacup of water.
mix the chilli powder, amchur powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt and ajwain.
Dip the paneer pieces into the batter. deep fry the paneer pieces in oil.
Roll them into the prepared masala mixture
Put on tooth picks and serve hot.
