| Preparation | : | 40 minutes | | Cooking Time | : | 20 minutes | | Ingredients: | | Boneless meat | : | 250 gms | | Boiled Eggs | : | 6 | | Chilli powder | : | ½ tsp | | Ginger paste | : | ½; tsp | | Garlic paste | : | ½ tsp | | Turmeric Powder | : | ¼ tsp | | Curd | : | ½ cup | | Putaneki dal powder | : | 1 tsp | | Cooking oil | : | For deep frying | | Salt | : | To taste | | Preparation: | | Pressure cook the meat with ginger and garlic pastes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and water for 20 minutes, Open the cooker and cook till there is no water left. Allow it to cool and grind it in a mixer adding curd in small quantities and powdered putane ki dal, till the mixture becomes soft. | | Divide the meat mixture into 6 portions to make 6 bondas. Take one portion, flatten the same on the palm and after putting the full-boiled egg, cover the same to form a ball. Repeat the same procedure with the other eggs. Deep fry on medium heat till the balls turn golden brown. Cut into two pieces while serving. | | |
