Chicken : 1/2 kg
Mirichi powder : 3 spoons
Ginger and Garlic Paste : 1 spoon
Halidi Powder : 1 spoon
Curd : 1/2 cup
Oil : 5 spoon
Add salt how much you required
Daniya powder : 1 spoon
Prepartion :
Starting take chicken in a bowl wash it.
Add mirchi powder, salt, haldi powder, daniya powder, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Curd, Oil, and keep aside 10 to 20 minutes.
After that keep a kadai on the gas put the oil on that kadai after heating oil add the chicken in that oil. Fry it still it cook. After completing fry add some daniya powder fry. Chicken fry is completed.
Chicken fry is completed you can serve it with nimbu and onions.
