I would like to hear from anybody who has sent money to KATIKALA VINOD BABU who claims to run PREACH Rural Environment Action for Community Health Society. Registration 303/2006. He spams people with emails asking for money for his orphanage said to be at 3rd ward,railpet,Bapatla(M),Guntur(d),Andhra prade
I have some disturbing emails from respected members of Bapatla who state that no orphanage exists. I need any information that can confirm or deny that a fraud is being committed. In particular from anybody who has sent him money and you can confirm that it was for the orphanage or his ministry
