Hearing on Viveka murder case adjourned Hyderabad, April 28 (INN): A crucial development has taken place in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. The Nampally CBI court adjourned the hearing of the case to June 2. On the other hand, the CBI officials produced the accused in this case in the Nampally court.
A1 accused Erra Gangireddy also appeared in the CBI court in this case. Along with him, the CBI officials produced Devi Reddy Sivashankar Reddy, Umashankar Reddy and Sunil Yadav in the Nampally court.
The Telangana High Court cancelled Erra Gangireddy's bail on April 27. The CBI told the High Court that Erra Gangireddy is the main accused in this case. It explained to the High Court that his bail should be cancelled when the investigation is at a critical stage. The High Court agreed with the arguments of the CBI and ordered Gangireddy to surrender before the CBI court in Hyderabad by May 5. CBI said they can arrest them if they do not surrender in court.
