Dr. K.V. Ramana Chary , Ex advisor , AP Culturual Council would participate as Chief Guest. Prof.Anumandla Bhumaiah , Ex Vice Chancellor of Telugu University would preside over the meet and release Golden Jubilee editon of Ruthu Ghosha.
Prof. Pulikonda Subbha Chary , Dr. B.Jayaramulu , Shri Thirunagari would deliver lectures .
