Mahesh Babu, the heart throb of the young, attended an annual awards ceremony of a telugu film magazine SANTOSHAM held at Sharjha (UAE) on last Friday. Mahesh Babu has been adjudged as the Best Actor for his outstanding performance in the run away hit of the year POKIRI. Jagapati Babu presented this award to Mahesh Babu. Mahesh Babu, who normally avoids attending film related functions has arrived with his wife Namrata and has been there till curtains were drawn. GEMINI-SANTOSHAM awards ceremony has been the first telugu film awards ceremony held outside the country. Though, very few stars graced this function more than 25 thousand enthusiastic telugu film lovers attended and cheered all the way.
