Washington, May 14 : Former `Playmate of the Year' Sara Jean Underwood has revealed that she felt very "insecure" with nudity before posing for the glossy pages of the men's magazine.Underwood, 25, who shot to fame after she was named Playmate of the Year in 2007, is so at ease with her nudity now that she had a coveted role in the raunchy new flick "Miss March".
