Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the Secretariat at Velagapudi village in Guntur district on Monday. He added that the works at the Secretariat complex would be completed by June 15. "We will start functioning from the Capital soon. This is yet another milestone for us," he said.
