Osmania University students seat an effigy depicting Chief Minister K Rosaiah atop a buffalo and ride it on the Arts College lawns before setting it alight in protest against the government's adamant attitude over the conducting of the recruitment test for Sub-Inspectors, in Hyderabad on Friday.
