Civil Supplies Minister D. Sridhar Babu formally inagurated the Pranahita Pushkaralu by taking a holy bath in the river and performing a special ritual at Kaleshwaram near Karimangar on Monday. With a binoculars the minister is taking a close look at the expanse of river.
