Panchayat Raj Minister K Tarakarama Rao, who is on Delhi visit, denied media reports that he held a secret meeting with Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu. KTR said he called up Venkaiah Naidu to make representation on issues concerning Telangana.
