A lone official seems to be taking a quick morning nap as empty chairs arranged for ministers and other dignitaries in NTR Stadium here on Friday where Andhra Pradesh formation day celebrations were held on Friday. Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy hoisted the national flag and recieved the gaurd of honor from the state police and armed reserve forces.
