The minister of AP Endowments P Manikyala Rao graced the statewide conference of Goshala Operators as chief guest organised at Sri Venkateswara Goshala in Tirupati on Sunday. "Every individual should be enlightened upon the importance of rearing a "DESI" cow in order make the state as well as the country prosperous" he said.
