The construction of Sri Venkateswara Divyakshetram at Venkatapalem in Tullur mandal of Guntur district commenced on a religious note with Bhookarshanam and Beejaavapanam events on Thursday. CM Chandrababu Naidu took the plough and dug the area amidst chanting of Veda mantras.
