Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy, a YSR loyalist and former Assembly Speaker, sworn-in as the 16th Chief Minister of the state at Rajbhavan on Thursday. Governor Narasimhan administered the oath of office and secrecy to 50-year-old Kiran Kumar Reddy at a simple swearing in ceremony attended by AICC observers, Former CM K.Rosiah and a host of Congress leaders.
