President of India Pranab Mukherjee opens the fourth World Telugu Conference at the Sri Venkateswara Pranganam in Tirupati on Thursday. Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy presided over the inaugural function. Governor ESL Narasimham, along with the Chief Minister, also addressed the overcrowded venue of nearly 25,000, in Telugu.
