22 year old Madhuri, tied the knot with a youth by name Dattatri. Madhuri is an orphan. She was abandoned by her mother, exactly 22 years ago when she was six months old, at a public place in Hyderabad. People who rescued her took her to Sishu Vihar – a children home in Yousufguda where she was brought up. Madhuri, having trained as a staff nurse, is presently working at LV Prasad Eye Hospital. Dattari, her colleague in the hospital came forward to tie the knot. Members of Amma Foundation, Hyderabad district collector and officials of Women and Child Welfare took initiative and performed their wedding on Wednesday.
