The Telangana TDP MLAs walked out from the Assembly just before Budget presentation speech, shouting slogans like ‘Jai Telangana’ and ‘Congress down down’, demanding a separate Telangana Bill in Parliament on Wednesday. Later they were arrested for organising a ‘rasta roko’ at Lakdi-ka-pul.
