Hyderabad city erupts in joy. Scenes of dancing and singing and bursting of firecrackers witnessed all over the city. As the last wicket fell, fans burst firecrackers and came out on the roads dancing and singing. The policemen, who were out on the roads in good numbers, did not seem to mind the celebrations. Boisterous rallies were taken out on important thoroughfares such as Tank Bund, Necklace Road, Punjagutta-Begumpet main road, KBR Park main road, Musheerabad, Dilsukhnagar, Banjara Hills, and Jubilee Hills.
