Raising slogans of 'Jai Telangana', students and activists of various pro-Telangana groups hurled stones and footwear at the minister Shankar Rao's convoy when he arrived to pay his last respects to Telangana ideologue K. Jayashankar, at Hanmakonda on Wednesday.
