Tamilnadu Governor K.Rosaiah on Wednesday participated in Sri Satya Sai Baba birth anniversary celebrations held at Sri Sai Baba's Samadhi in Sai Kulwant hall of Prasanthi Nilayam, Puttaparthi. Thousands of Sai devotees join the celebrations and offered prayers to their late spiritual guru.
