Telnagana TDP leader and MLA Motkupalli Narasimhulu began his ‘padayatra’ on Tuesday from his residence to the Assembly in protest against the TRS president KCR’s ‘activities’. Motkupalli would come to the Assembly on foot every day for 11 days until March 29.
