As the final Telangana draft report prepared by the Congress Group of Ministers is likely to be placed before the Cabinet on Thursday, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has called for a bandh against the proposal to merge two districts of Rayalaseema in Andhra Pradesh with the proposed state.
