TRS is planning to make the Formation Day of the Telangana State a mega spectacle and has drawn up programmes accordingly. 60-ft high hoardings of KCR were erected at 25 places in the city. In all, 1,000 such hoardings will greet Hyderabadis. Similarly, decorations would be done at over 150 centres in the city and party flags would be hoisted at all the major junctions in the city.
